Vendor Information

Philadelphia SALSAFEST is the biggest event of its kind in Philadelphia and the Tri-State area. We welcome vendors to set up their products for the duration of the entire event for only $300 per vendor for all 3 days!

Each Vendor will receive the following:

  • One table (only one table per vendor available)
  • Tablecloth if needed
  • 2 chairs
  • Electric outlet if needed

Please note the following:

  • 2 people maximum staffing the table
  • Vendors will have full access to all evening activities (not workshops, upgrade your pass for $75 per person if you would like to attend the workshops)
  • You must bring your own supplies (extention cords, laptops, etc)
  • While the booth is open, it must be staffed at all times
  • We highly recommend breaking down at night. Philadelphia SALSAFEST is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
  • Hotel stay is suggested. Book your room today by calling Ramada at 1-800-2-RAMADA. Don't forget to mention "Philadelphia Salsa Festival" to receive your discout rate of only $94 + tax per night.

Vendor hours:

Purchase Vendor Table Now!Friday, October 29th, 2010:
  Set-up time: Anytime after 12 noon
  Vending time:  8:30 pm-3:00 am

 Saturday, October 30th, 2010:
  Set-up time: 10:00am-12noon
  Vending time: 12 noon-5:00am

 Sunday, November 1st, 2010:
  Set-up time: 10:00am-12noon
  Vending time: 12noon-3:00am

Your booth may be open during any of the above hours.

Cancellations received by 9/1/10 will be refunded 50%. No refunds after 9/2/10.
